✅ Example Interaction in #support
User:
How do I enable memory on Nyx?
Nyx (Nova):
To enable memory, use the command
/flags RememberUserData True. This allows me to remember profile info like your name or preferences. You can manage this at any time.
🧠 Pro Tips
Use a low temperature (0.5–0.8) for support bots to avoid randomness.
Keep the prompt formal, direct, and helpful.
You can create multiple support-style channels with different tones (e.g., “Technical Support”, “Billing Help”)
