🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the Dashboard
Open Dashboard and select your server.
Navigate to Server Management
Click Server Management in the sidebar.
Add a Channel
Click on Add Channel.
Choose the channel you want (e.g., #support
).
This will allow Nyx to reply in that channel without mention like in DMs
Fill in the Fields:
AI Name
Nova
Description
Friendly and professional support assistant (optional)
Prompt
Example prompt of Nyx Support Channel below:
Temperature
0.7 (For consistent and reliable answers)
Feature Flags
RememberUserProfile: true
, WebSearch: false
Click Save Changes

Click Save All Channel Settings
to apply to your server.

How do I enable memory on Nyx?
Nyx (Nova):
To enable memory, use the command
/flags RememberUserData True
. This allows me to remember profile info like your name or preferences. You can manage this at any time.
Use a low temperature (0.5–0.8) for support bots to avoid randomness.
Keep the prompt formal, direct, and helpful.
You can create multiple support-style channels with different tones (e.g., “Technical Support”, “Billing Help”)
The AI module requires specific channel-level permissions to ensure message handling and response functionalities.
Administration (Optional but Recommended): If this is enabled, the bot will inherit all necessary permissions without individual assignment.
If Administration is not enabled, enable the following per-channel permissions:
